Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 3399bet website located at 3399bet.club, or by registering an account with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 3399bet.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 3399bet platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3399bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from your use of 3399bet shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 3399bet platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any game or promotion offered by 3399bet. This age restriction applies without exception and is enforced on all players regardless of location.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use 3399bet:

• You are registering and using the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, or director of 3399bet, nor a close family member of such a person.

Age Verification

3399bet conducts age and identity verification as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We may request documents including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe will result in the suspension of your account and any pending withdrawal requests.

Any winnings accumulated by an account that is found to belong to an underage individual will be voided in full, and the account will be permanently closed. 3399bet does not accept any liability for losses incurred by underage players and will cooperate fully with any regulatory or law-enforcement investigation into underage gambling.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services offered by 3399bet, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update your account information promptly if any details change.

Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 3399bet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 3399bet reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend or permanently close all accounts associated with the individual.
• Void any bets, winnings, or bonuses credited to any of the duplicate accounts.
• Retain any deposits made to duplicate accounts as an administrative penalty in cases of deliberate fraud.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 3399bet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of account security.

Account Information Accuracy

Your registered name must exactly match the name on your payment method (e.g., your bKash or Nagad account). Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your name. Any discrepancy between your 3399bet account name and your payment account name may result in delayed or refused withdrawals pending further verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawal Processing

Currency & Exchange Rates

All balances, bets, and transactions on 3399bet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). If you deposit using an international payment method in a foreign currency, the amount will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 3399bet is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees charged by third-party currency conversion services.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on 3399bet is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant rules and accept the outcome of the game or event as final, subject to the appeal process described below.

Sports Betting

Sports betting on 3399bet covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets:

• Bets are accepted up to the start of the relevant event unless otherwise stated (in-play betting is available on selected markets).
• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are locked in at that rate once the bet is confirmed.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport category, which are available in the Help section of your account.
• 3399bet reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a pricing error has occurred, provided that the error is demonstrably outside normal market ranges.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply and are displayed before bet confirmation.

Casino Games

All casino games — including live tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and video slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — use certified RNG technology or live-dealer systems that produce fair, random outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available from the respective game providers.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session (including server disconnection or game engine error), the round affected will be voided and any wager for that round will be returned to your account balance. Wins accrued in rounds prior to the malfunction are honoured in full.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a betting or gaming outcome has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within 7 days of the relevant event or game round concluding. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. Bonuses & Promotions

3399bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria (including minimum deposit requirements, qualifying game types, and geographic restrictions) are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, and payment method unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion.
• Bonuses credited to your account will expire if the stated wagering requirements are not met within the promotional validity period. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
• 3399bet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after you have already met the qualifying conditions, any bonus already credited to your account at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting system errors, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

Prohibited Conduct

3399bet maintains a strict code of conduct for all users of the platform. The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

Financial Misconduct

• Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to deposit funds.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after withdrawing winnings or receiving bonuses.
• Using the 3399bet platform to launder money or conceal the origins of illegally obtained funds.
• Depositing funds on behalf of another individual without their explicit written consent.

Betting Integrity

• Using automated betting bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit pricing discrepancies across markets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live table games or poker formats.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

Platform Misuse

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or to 3399bet's backend systems.
• Distributing malware, phishing links, or harmful code through any communication channel on the platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward 3399bet staff or other players.
• Sharing or selling your account credentials to third parties.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either party — you or 3399bet — may close an account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your 3399bet account voluntarily, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, provided that all applicable identity verification requirements have been met. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons (i.e., you feel gambling is becoming a problem), please inform our team so that we can apply a self-exclusion flag to prevent re-registration. Account Suspension by 3399bet

3399bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law-enforcement request requiring closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds held in the account will be frozen but not forfeited unless the investigation concludes that the funds are the proceeds of fraudulent activity. 3399bet will notify you of the suspension by email and provide an estimated timeframe for the investigation where possible.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 3399bet reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts after the 12-month threshold, deducted from the account balance until either the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email before inactivity fees begin.
